Karnataka Rural Educational Trust – Bangalore- 560086 was initiated in 2001 and was registered in 2002 to work in social and educational field mainly in rural areas. Spreading the education especially, higher technical education rendering the medical/ relief services. Extending relief to the poor, aged and needy people. Advancement of any objects of general public utility. As a part of KRE Trust’s programme, “Rani Chennamma College Belagavi was established in 2002, with Diploma in Pharmacy. The KRE Trust further purchased 15093 sq. mtrs of land in the year 2005 to initiate B. Pharm programme Approved by PCI, New Delhi, recognized by Govt. of Karnataka and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. The KRE Trust upgraded UG course &established Master in Pharmacy course in the year 2018-19 affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
